半包施工主要包括的人工及材料如下：

1、拆除：墙体、门窗的拆除等（有专业拆旧团队可推荐）

2、砌墙：根据图纸新建墙体 我们提供：水泥黄沙/大轻砖/小红砖等

3、水电：所有水电管线重新排管铺设等 我们提供：上下水管/强弱电线/穿线管/屏蔽管/接线端子等

4、瓦工：厨房卫生间等区域墙地砖铺设等 我们提供：防水/粘结剂/水泥黄沙等辅料

5、木工：吊顶/墙面造型等 我们提供：轻钢龙骨/石膏板/木工板等

6、漆工：批腻子以及乳胶漆涂刷等 我们提供：抗裂绷带/阳角条/成品腻子/乳胶漆等

7、五金件安装：开关面板/龙头花洒等的安装

半包以外：

需要您采购主材（瓷砖、地板、洁具、橱柜、木门、移门、冷暖设备…），以及软装家具和电器。

设计＋半包＋主材即为全案模式，根据业主需求，主材可以自购，也可以由熹维设计代购，建议面谈。目前主材选择范围可以囊括南京90%以上的建材商，具备一定价格优势，供业主自由选择。
